Return Policy Lightswing

You can return the Lightswing provided that ‘it’ is undamaged. You can return your order using the link to the return portal below. Returns are at your own expense. If possible, we will receive the hanging system back in its original packaging.

Conditions

  • You return the item within the trial period of 30 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of your item.
  • The item is undamaged and (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging.
  • We would like to ask you, if possible, to include the reason for return and the invoice (or a copy of that invoice) on the packaging.
  • We will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
