Return Policy Overview

Not completely satisfied with your Lightswing®? No worries! You can register a return within 30 days of purchase and send the product back. Simply apply for your return via our support by sending an email to support@lightswing.co.uk, and we’ll process it quickly and smoothly, so you’ll have your money back in no time!

Return Conditions

Make sure your Lightswing® is returned in good condition and in its original packaging. If your Lightswing® is damaged, a reduction in value may be applied. So, pack the product carefully and send it back. If you received your Lightswing® already damaged, please contact our support team. We’ll gladly assist you!

Return Costs

In most cases, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. We’ve implemented this policy to reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary returns. More returns lead to more transport and higher CO2 emissions, which is harmful to the environment. Therefore, we charge a fee of €4.95 when creating the return label.

Processing and Refunds

After we receive your Lightswing®, it will take a few working days to process your return. Once approved, you’ll receive your refund within 14 days.
