Is the Lightswing® not as expected? You can return your order at your own expense. Please contact our customer service via support@lightswing.co.uk. We would like to receive the Lightswing® undamaged and back in its original packaging.
Conditions
You return the item, at your own expense, within the trial period of 90 days.This period starts on the day after receipt of your item.
The item is undamaged and (if reasonably possible) in the original packaging.
We would like to ask you, if possible, to include the reason for return and the invoice (or a copy of that invoice) on the packaging.
We will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
